Our animal of the month are our wonderful scaly friends, snakes!

1. Snakes have teeth AND fangs

Yup, they’ve got regular teeth as well as the sharp set of fangs you know about. They also come in the front and back, depending on the species.
2. They drink water without lips

Hard to imagine life without lips right? Well, snakes use their mouths to create a suction to drink instead. Cool!
3. They smell the air to hunt
