Important Announcement On Shipping in Early 2020

Hi there, thank you for your interest in Wyvern's Hoard!

We source for and ships items worldwide. Over time, we have started working with workshops and other manufacturers who sources materials from China, as well as shipping some of our products from there. This keeps production and worldwide shipping costs affordable for a small business like ours.

Due to the current situation in China, shipping and production of such items have been delayed unexpectedly. With some exceptions, most products are now shipping normally.

Items still affected are either due to the warehouse or supplier remaining closed due to the situation, or are doing their best to clear the backlog of orders.

Do rest assured that we will ship your orders out as soon as humanly possible once we receive stock and shipping returns to normal, as will inevitably happen.

If your order is still unfulfilled, just get in touch with us with your order number so we can double check with our shipping partners on the status of the item.

If your item still hasn't shipped, we'll take an extra 15% off your order for inconvenience caused, and will ship it once the item is available. Or, we will be happy to cancel your order with a full refund.
