Refund Policy


We have a 14-day refund or policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The item is to be returned to us at your own cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

All items are shipped with tracking information. If the tracking information shows that the item was delivered, we will not issue refunds without returns. 

It is advisable to use a sending method with online tracking when returning items. If we have not received the items and there is no evidence to show that the items are being returned, we will not grant a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at support@wyvernshoard.com. We will evaluate the request and may offer to send the item you'd like at a lower fee than if you were to return the item at your own cost. In the case of returns, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel or change anything in your order, please contact us via email at support@wyvernshoard.com.

We will do our best to accommodate all requests. However, it may or may not be possible depending on factors such as whether the product has shipped, or product customisation is already under way. 

If the product has been shipped or if it is a personalized/customized product where production has already begun, order cancellation is unfortunately not possible.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
