The Great Seasonal Sabbatical

As the stars align for the Year of the Horse, many of our master crafters and international guild partners are preparing for their annual Seasonal Sabbatical.

To allow our artisans to sharpen their tools and our couriers to rest their wings, shipping for certain handcrafted and specialty treasures will be paused from February 15 through February 23.

• The Journey So Far: If you’ve placed an order recently, or do so this week, your items may remain in our vaults slightly longer than usual.

• The Resumption: Our caravans will begin moving again in the order they were received starting February 24.

• Local Logistics: This brief pause primarily affects our international artisan collections. Items already stationed in our US or EU outposts will continue to be dispatched by our local stewards as normal.

• You need to discern if a specific treasure is affected by the pause.

• Your order is still unfulfilled and you wish to retract your gold. As long as the forge hasn't been lit or the item hasn't departed, we are happy to provide a full refund.
